LaTonya D. Young, MSA, CFE, EA is the Founder and Principal of Young & Associates Firm LLC, a Woman-Owned Small Business based in Fayetteville, Georgia, specializing in forensic accounting, tax advisory, and litigation support.

Young & Associates Firm LLC was founded in September 2020 and relaunched in October 2025 following LaTonya’s tenure as an IRS Internal Revenue Agent. During that time, she served in both the Tax-Exempt/Government Entities Division and the Small Business/Self-Employed Division. That insider perspective shapes everything — from how she reads a financial record to how she anticipates examiner strategy on behalf of her clients.

As a Certified Fraud Examiner, LaTonya brings investigative precision to financial reconstruction, internal control assessments, and litigation support. As a federally licensed Enrolled Agent, she represents taxpayers before the IRS in examinations, collections, and complex compliance matters. Her work is grounded in a Forensic-First mindset — where accuracy, defensibility, and clarity come before strategy.

LaTonya partners with attorneys, business owners, and individuals who value discretion, structure, and long-term financial integrity. Her clients don’t just get answers — they get representation backed by process, precision, and insider knowledge.

She holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University.
